At Clutch, I designed and am currently helping scale a customer education program that supports product adoption, implementation, and long-term customer success. This work includes self-paced learning, live enablement for key partners, partner training & consultation, and new revenue models that make education a strategic business function rather than a support resource.
At iDesign, I led the redesign of a fragmented video production process into a scalable system that improved quality, speed-of-delivery, consistency, and collaboration. The project required aligning designers, video technicians, subject matter experts, and stakeholders around shared workflows, production standards, and the why behind exceptional video design.
In 2016, I founded Press Pause Press, an independent literary nonprofit dedicated to protecting time and space for meaningful creative work. The organization brings together publishing, design, programming, fundraising, branding, and community building to support writers and artists through authentic human connection. The project has recently taken on a physical form at Flying Fox Farm in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
The Flying Foundry, connected to my work with Press Pause, is an evolving concept for a creative learning studio that blends writing, AI as a brainstorm partner, storytelling, and hands-on making. This work explores how physical spaces, digital tools, and thoughtful curriculum can create deeper, more connected learning experiences and creative growth.
A collection of learning experiences spanning enterprise software, graduate education, higher education, and K–12. Every project begins with the same question: How do we make learning feel intuitive, engaging, and genuinely human?
An exploration of AI as a creative partner—not a replacement for thoughtful instructional design. These projects combine AI-assisted development with intentional learning design, storytelling, and visual communication to create interactive experiences that remain deeply human.
