Full Lifecycle Instructional Design 

With a strong background in instructional & elearning development, graphic & video design, as well as writing, teaching, curriculum planning, content strategy, and Agile project management, I have a unique set of skills that allow me to translate, transform, and deliver knowledge at scale, and I'm thoroughly passionate about finding the most engaging, effective ways to do so.

Atop a foundation of frameworks like ADDIE, backward design, iterative design & rapid prototyping, I use my creative and technical skills, my ability to quickly adapt to new technology and ways of thinking, and my passion for knowledge to produce effective, interactive, beautiful learning courses and content.

I consider the entire cycle of course design iterative and energizing. I very much enjoy creating engaging learning content for anyone of any age and working with intelligent, creative people in the learning space. 

I am particularly interested in the dynamic relationship between knowledge acquisition and user experience, design aesthetics, accessibility, and brand alignment. And, as a skilled communicator, collaborator, leader, and project manager, I navigate across a variety of instructional design environments with a broad range of technical expertise, and a lot of heart.
